Casa Benvingut Socias

Benvingut Socias House

It is an emblematic colonial house known for being the home at the beginning of the last century of Benvingut Socias, Pau Casals’ pianist. It is a house with great historical value, it was built in 1886 by Manuel Marqués i Bolet when he returned permanently from America, the colonial influence can be detected in its design,  in the early 70s, my father, who was a builder, built it. It was completely renovated and the whole family lived there, but the years have passed, the families have become smaller and at this time only my wife, my son and I live there. Furthermore, for work reasons we have to move outside of Spain, so we have decided to sell it.

The property is completely free of charges and has a total area of approximately 1,338.00 m2, the house has dimensions of 379.28 m2 for each floor, with a total of two floors and has a buildable part of the Garden for a building of 338.4 m2 per floor, ground floor, P1, P2, P3 and 238.3 m2 of attic.
