This home
was built by Modular Home but it was designed entirely by our client and that is precisely what our Signature Houses service means. The client himself is the one who designs his perfect house. They had a clear concept and a refined, very modular architectural sense, which, together with aesthetics, were the ideal ingredients to build their home with Modular Home.

Added to this was the feeling between salesperson and client that gave him the confidence to undertake such an important project, a feeling that remains to this day.

The house was designed on a single floor with rooms tailored to the family, the couple with their baby who today grows in spaces completely adapted to his age, a large children’s room, play spaces and a large garden with pool.

Concrete walls mixed with local stone

This house is adapted to the aesthetics of the Mediterranean area, white painted concrete facades with touches of local stone.
