The PICASSO model is inspired by that way of seeing a house as something resounding, with character, seen in any environment, whether rural or more urban, anything goes, if it is authentic.

Casa PICASSO is a prefabricated house that can be adapted to a rural environment or to any high-level urbanization with an architecture that transmits a real strength showing rotundity externally with the superposition of concrete panels and internally with the double height in the living room-kitchen, linked to a porch that allows the perfect connection with the outside.

PICASSO House 130

The PICASSO  130  model, with more surface than its predecessor, defends its concept included in all PICASSO models of Modular Home.

This PICASSO series, has an area of 130m2 of housing and porch of almost 19m2 built. With a distribution of living room-kitchen of 45m2, warehouse-pantry of more than 7m2 and 4 bedrooms designed suite with dressing room and bathroom. This house harmonizes and separates the spaces respecting the privacy of all family members.

This model of Modular Home is available in Essential, Blue or Green qualities, choose the option that best suits your needs.
