This house was designed by the architect Xavier Vilalta. The design idea started from a «very personal» adaptation of our MH 120 model, where a practical modular garage was added, a porch to enjoy the exterior of the house with a set of sloping roofs that leave no one indifferent.
A very rustic house.
The concept of rustic house is popularly linked to simplicity, but this does not happen in this personalized house built in the town of Bruc, province of Barcelona.
Controlling the budget was key in this project but not at the expense of anything, the house had to have personality and be very practical. Its interiors are balanced, wide spaces where to have a more comfortable life and consequently happier.

In its covers different perspectives are perceived, different ways of looking and admiring. This house is really special.
